    Kan-Jiong Spider

    Just had my cake test these two days. I had to make Chocolate Mousse Gateau. I blanked out the moment chef shouted GO - cracked my brains to remember the ingredients. Got scolded like a million times during the whole process, even today's decorating test. My cake is truly ugly now and ain't photogenic AT ALL. Nevermind, it's over! Now I just gotta concentrate on my MoonCake.

    I'm not going to ShangHai already cos it'll eat into my school days for 5 days. Damn sad. I just missed the chance to celebrate Christmas and NewYear there. :<
